'Jerusalem' - A WW1 Short
JERUSALEM
I have recently completed my latest short film, 'Jerusalem'.
The film follows two brothers, James and William Jenkins, who volunteer to fight for Britain in the trenches of WW1. James wants adventure, William wants to keep his younger brother safe. The reality of war will test their bond to breaking point.
I am currently submitting the film to festivals to screen in 2016.
'Jerusalem' features Wilson James and Ryan Tonkin in the lead roles as the brothers, William and James Jenkins. The film was shot over several days in Portsmouth, England.
'Jerusalem' can be found on iMDb HERE, where you can see extra information including full cast and crew credits.
We have also set up an Official Facebook Page for 'Jerusalem'. 'Like' the page to stay up to date on news regarding the film.

Into Darkness - Feature Film Pitch & Opening Scene Shoot
This January I shot the opening scene of an action feature film I have been working on called, 'Into Darkness'. The scene consisted of some opening dialogue and then a burst of action to end the sequence.
Below is the pitch presentation I used when pitching my film. It includes my Directors Statement, the logline for the film, some visual references for our shoot as well as some visual, story and theme influences. At the bottom is a basic shooting floor plan for the opening scene and a single page pitch document that I left in the pitch room.

Into Darkness Feature Opening Shoot
The shoot took place on the 20th January. I decided to shoot in a studio space and build wooden flats to construct the two adjoining spaces we needed. I had a small crew and two actors. All the military props and costumes were bought from Amazon. The shoot went extremely well and I am very happy with what we shot and the way the finished sequence has turned out.
Here are some stills from the sequence (ungraded):

'Keep It Camden' Reality Drama Web Series
In the summer of 2014 I acted as Line Producer on a reality drama web series called 'Keep It Camden'. Inspired by the format of 'Made In Chelsea' and 'The Only Way is Essex' we pinpointed Camden Town, London as a hotspot for vibrant culture and set about finding exciting people to be part of the show that lived and worked in the Camden area.
We were successful in finding a group of people who worked in the Camden Lock market that socialised in the restaurants, pubs and bars locally and so we shot our series over the next few weeks. Along the way we set up speed dating events and gigs in some of our casts favourite bars as a backdrop to our series. The shoot when amazingly well and we captured some truly entertaining material.
Series One of 'Keep It Camden' is now available for free on Youtube!
I have embedded the series one playlist below so take a look, leave a comment and tell your friends!
